Job summary

ZIEHL-ABEGG Inc. North America in Mexico is seeking a high-energy Technical Sales Representative to promote our HVAC fans and solutions to existing OEMs and new clients.

You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, coordinating with engineering teams, and delivering technically sound proposals. The role requires 3–5 years in technical sales within HVAC, strong account management, travel across the region (about 35%), and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales or business development within the HVAC industry.
• Experience selling to OEMs and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong communication and ability to influence decision makers at key levels.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing support to assigned customers.
• Project sales management from inception to billing and collections.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating with ZA teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop OEM designs and meet regulatory requirements.
• Schedule sales meetings and present to qualified decision makers.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and events to foster networking.
• Track sales activities using the CRM tool.
• Achieve regional sales targets and regional budget goals.
