Midea LATAM North is seeking an HVAC engineer to support development, specification, and execution of HVAC projects in Mexico. The role involves coordinating with Product Divisions, fielding technical questions, and assisting the sales team with product commercialization.

The candidate should bring 5–8 years of HVAC experience, a bachelor's degree, and English at B2 or higher. Occasional travel (1–2 trips per month) is required; the role offers growth within a global company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of HVAC engineering or related experience.
• English level B2 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing the business plan for the category for Mexico.
• Coordinate product planning with Product Divisions and cross-functional teams.
• Support Key Account Management and Sales in product commercialization.
• Provide technical support and timely follow-up to customer requirements.
• Prepare and validate product selections for contractors based on the portfolio.
• Deliver basic product presentations and coordinate with Product Managers on technical info.
• Coordinate with the Product Manager to ensure proper project specifications and record-keeping in Job Tracking system.
• Develop relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and HVAC consultants.
• Follow up on assigned project forecasts weekly and monthly.
• Comply with company policies and HR regulations.
• Travel as required (approximately 1–2 trips per month).
