Bluelight Consulting LLC seeks an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You'll sell custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams to technology leaders, owning every deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will build a strong pipeline, run consultative discovery, and engage senior decision-makers while forecasting revenue and driving quarterly targets from a remote, fast-growing team.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B sales with quota responsibility and targets met.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Full sales cycle ownership and closing complex deals.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline via outbound, networking and referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery to identify business challenges and value.
• Create tailored proposals, pitch decks and statements of work with teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers, incl. CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Forecast revenue and meet quarterly targets.
