Job summary

XTransfer in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial teams. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate offers and assist onboarding.

You will build long-term pipelines, align with hiring managers, track KPIs, and ensure a positive candidate experience while navigating the local Mexican labor market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment independently: job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, interview coordination, offer follow‑up, reference checks and onboarding preparation.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through online& offline channels; build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines for commercial teams.
• Align closely with hiring managers/BP to clarify hiring requirements, provide regular recruitment progress updates, and manage expectations on timelines and candidate profiles.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database, track recruitment KPIs, compile regular recruitment reports.
• Understand Mexico local talent market, adjust sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
• Deliver good candidate experience and support basic employer‑branding activities in recruitment communications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands‑on talent acquisition / recruiter experience in Mexico;
• Native‑level Spanish, fluent business English for cross‑border communication.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing capability, good communication and negotiation skills, result‑oriented mindset.
• Able to handle multiple open requisitions at the same time, work under tight hiring timelines.
• Knowledge of local Mexican labor market.
