Montoi S.A. de C.V., a strategic manufacturing partner of Mattel, located in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional.

You will drive external talent acquisition across all business areas and manage the internship program, while developing partnerships with universities and technical schools. The role requires 5+ years in high-volume operational recruitment, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in English for business contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 5+ years in high-volume operational recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for interns, DL, IDL, and staff roles in manufacturing.
• Proficient in English for business context.

Responsabilités

• Lead external talent acquisition across business areas and partnerships with universities.
• Source, identify and select candidates for Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff roles.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume hiring and internships.
• Develop recruitment strategies for operational and administrative positions.
• Manage the internship program and university collaborations.
• Provide employee support through multiple channels and maintain records.
• Ensure proper personnel documentation and lead the Employee Service Center.
