Job summary

You will drive external talent acquisition across all business areas and manage the internship program, while developing partnerships with universities and technical schools. Responsibilities

• Lead external talent acquisition across business areas and partnerships with universities.
• Source, identify and select candidates for Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff roles.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume hiring and internships.
• Develop recruitment strategies for operational and administrative positions.
• Manage the internship program and university collaborations.
• Provide employee support through multiple channels and maintain records.
• Ensure proper personnel documentation and lead the Employee Service Center.

Position Purpose

Ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies and employee service processes delivered through the Employee Service Center, promoting a fair and motivating work environment aligned with Montoi's business objectives and in compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure external talent acquisition across all business areas while promoting internal talent development.
• Source, identify, and select candidates who meet job requirements for Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff positions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring.
• Develop recruitment strategies for both operational and administrative positions.

• Maintain employee records in internal systems.

• Lead the Employee Service Center as the primary point of contact for questions related to policies, benefits, payroll, vacation, leaves of absence, and People & Culture processes.
• Support the Safety & Quality Management System (SIGO).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and EHS legal and corporate requirements.
• Support initiatives to reduce workplace incidents.

• Conduct job evaluations and review job descriptions.

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely fulfillment of staffing requirements (NTR).
• Employee satisfaction with Employee Service Center services.
