• Bachelor's degree required; experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ISO compliance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external talent acquisition across all business areas and for interns, DL, IDL, and staff roles.
• Maintain a robust pipeline for high-volume hiring.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for operational and administrative positions.
• Manage the internship program and partnerships with universities and technical schools.
• Provide employee services through the Service Center via phone, email, chat, and portals.
