Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in high-volume operational recruitment.
• Fluent in English (Business English).
• Experience with talent acquisition platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure external talent acquisition across all business areas while promoting internal talent development.
• Source, identify, and select candidates for Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff positions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring.
• Develop recruitment strategies for operational and administrative positions.
• Manage the internship program.
• Develop partnerships with universities and technical schools.
• Provide employee support via phone, email, chat, and service portals.
• Maintain employee records in internal systems.
• Lead the Employee Service Center as the main contact for policies, benefits, payroll, vacation, leaves of absence, and People & Culture processes.
• Support ISO 45001 and EHS compliance.
