Job summary

Encore Global in Mexico City seeks an organized Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple sources and platforms. You will oversee vacancy publications and coordinate with candidates throughout the process.

Responsibilities include screening viable candidates, scheduling interviews, guiding applicants through admissions and psychometric tests, and providing ongoing support to candidates and hiring teams to fill vacancies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Carry out the recruitment process for the available vacancies, in the different recruitment sources managed by the company.
• Schedule appropriate appointments with potential candidates to fill available vacancies.
• Provide close and ongoing advice to all candidates during the recruitment process, including those who directly assist the company in filling out their Application.
• Cite viable candidates and apply psychometric tests as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Publication of vacancies in different job boards and social media according to the profile requested.
• Filter viable candidates and conduct initial interviews by telephone.
• Submit Admission Forms and give instructions for the application of Psychometric Tests.
• Interview and filter candidates for the corresponding area.
