Job summary

Confie is seeking a Talent Acquisition Interviewer to drive effective selection and hiring across operational and administrative roles in Mexico City. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, evaluate candidates, and contribute to strengthening the employer brand.

The role requires screening, interviewing, sourcing, and coordinating offers and onboarding, with proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Pandapé.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for both operational and administrative positions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.
• Experience using ATS, CRM systems, and digital recruiting platforms.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews for various roles.
• Manage full Talent Acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
• Attract and manage candidate pipelines using digital platforms.
• Coordinate internal transfers and workforce planning as needed.
