Job summary

Encore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple sources and profile vacancies. You will schedule interviews, filter candidates, and coordinate with candidates throughout the application journey.

You will conduct initial telephone interviews, request updated CVs, and provide ongoing guidance to candidates, including those assisting with applications. The role also includes coordinating psychometric tests and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the recruitment process for the available vacancies across the company's recruitment sources.
• Schedule appropriate appointments with potential candidates to fill available vacancies.
• Filter viable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews by telephone.
• Provide close and ongoing advice to all candidates during the recruitment process.
• Request updated CVs or elaborated applications.
• Submit an Admission Form.
• Give instructions for psychometric tests.
• Interview and filter candidates for the corresponding area.
• Apply theoretical knowledge assessments.
