Job summary

Efficio is seeking a proactive Recruitment specialist to join our Mexico City office. You will own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on building a strong talent pool and pipelines for permanent roles globally.

You will partner with Staffing, Project Managers, VP Leads and Finance to anticipate requirements, improve processes, and drive efficiencies across our international growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Well-rounded education. A Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with direct recruitment within a recruitment function (either agency, RPO or in-house) essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Organised with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and independently.
• Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment.
• Confident developing professional relationships at all levels within the organisation, as well as with candidates.
• Demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative, with a can-do attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivated and positive.

Responsibilities

• Understand skillsets required for projects and clients, market map and build talent pool for permanent hiring globally.
• Use LinkedIn, headhunting and screening consultants, engage with Efficio and maintain relationships through content sharing.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for headhunted candidates, including scheduling interviews globally and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with staffing, project managers, VP Leads and finance to anticipate changing trends and requirements.
• Support other recruitment projects and initiatives.
