Job summary

Insight Global in Mexico is seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Recruiting Operations team. This role goes beyond scheduling; you will partner with recruiters and business leaders to manage interview logistics and drive automation improvements.

You’ll operate as a proactive architect of the coordination process in a fast-growing environment, coordinating with senior stakeholders and supporting multiple recruiting zones across North America and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling and calendar management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Professional-level English (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Administrative support experience for managers or executives.
• Deep experience with Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Drive interview logistics across North America and Mexico.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
• Support 5–7 recruiters and ~10 business partners with updates and logistics.
• Maintain candidate status in the ATS and prepare interview packets.
• Coordinate with payroll for employee referrals and related processes.
• Champion core cultural principles as the team scales globally.
