Schneider Electric is offering an HR Intern position in Mexico City with a hybrid work model at a Polanco location. You will assist the Early Career Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and university relations initiatives while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences.
