Schneider Electric is seeking a Brand Campaign Specialist to lead global, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, creative teams, and regional marketers. The role emphasizes AI-enabled marketing to boost effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements in Querétaro, with responsibilities spanning content creation, webinars, social strategy, and brand governance.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B brand, campaign, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven multi-channel campaign execution experience.
  • Strong content development and asset management skills; Canva proficiency.
  • Experience with webinars and virtual events.
  • PM, communication, collaboration, and data-driven optimization skills.

The Role

The Brand Campaign Specialist plays a key role in leading global integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, webinar, and event channels. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, creative teams, and regional marketers to develop compelling programs that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.

Additionally, this role is expected to actively leverage AI as a strategic and operational capability to increase marketing effectiveness, accelerate execution, and enhance decision-making to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand & Top-of-Funnel Campaign Planning and Management: Lead strategy, execution, and performance of brand and awareness campaigns that increase market visibility and demand.
  • Content Development and Optimization (Blogs/Open Letters, Ads, Social, Video, Web, Email, Infographics): Create compelling multi-channel content that strengthens brand positioning and supports campaign goals, often in partnership with subject matter experts and creative vendors.
  • Webinar Management & Production: Plan, promote, and produce global webinars from concept through execution to engage audiences and generate qualified interest.
  • Social Media Strategy & Content: Develop and execute social media strategies and content that grow audience engagement, amplify brand reach, and support business priorities.
  • Brand Management: Support global brand management activities across multiple business units to ensure brand adoption and governance, as well as review processes and asset library updates of templates and tools.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage marketing budgets, invoicing, and operational processes to ensure efficient program execution, data tracking, and accounting accuracy.

What will make you successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B brand, campaign, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven success planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, webinar, and event channels.
  • Strong content development and campaign asset management experience, including excellent storyline planning and writing skills, and intermediate-level design skills using tools like Canva.
  • Experience managing webinars and virtual events from promotion through production and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance data to continually optimize marketing and business results.
  • Intermediate skills in social media campaign strategy and deployment on a variety of channels with LinkedIn being the top priority.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 user, including excellent PowerPoint design skills.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced skills in Adobe After Effects or other video editing platforms.
  • Experience with marketing operations, budget tracking, invoicing, and marketing technology platforms for project management.
