Schneider Electric is seeking an Associate for our Commercial Customer Care team in Monterrey. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The role requires handling order bookings, CRM updates, and collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Factory. A hybrid work arrangement at the Monterrey Hub is available, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of related work experience; order management preferred.
• Advanced English is a must.
• Proven ability to communicate/partner with Finance, Legal, Factory.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Prior SAP experience preferred.
• Availability to work in a hybrid role within our Monterrey Hub (Punto Valle).

Join our Commercial Customer Care team as an Associate and become the trusted partner our customers rely on. You'll resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver seamless experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

What will you do?

Essential Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks related but not limited to:
  • Booking orders into SAP using a front end web tool, BuyAutomation
  • Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system SalesForce.com
  • Using Microsoft SharePoint tool to manage order workload and route booking packages
• Work with Delivery organization and factory contacts to expedite shipments, return material, resolve issues.
• Take ownership and accountability for orders booked and issue resolution.
• Respond to Collections questions when needed.
• Participate in month end closing activities.
• Self-motivated to be a high performer with limited supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Administration, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years or related work experience, order management experience preferred
• Advanced English level is a must
• Proven ability to communicate/partner with other groups in the organization, ie Finance, Legal, Factory.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Prior SAP experience preferred.
