Schneider Electric’s MDIC location in Apodaca offers an internship in Marketing and Communications to support campaigns, analyze markets, and develop practical skills for a future career in marketing.

You will work on product marketing analysis, content management across digital platforms, and data-driven decision making using Excel and BI tools while collaborating with multiple teams on go-to-market initiatives.

Formación

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Digital Business Transformation, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with databases and BI tools desirable.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

  • Support Product Marketing and Offer Management with market, competitive, and portfolio analysis.
  • Analyze product portfolios, pricing, and customer needs to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage product content across digital channels ensuring accuracy and user experience.
  • Use BI tools and Excel to turn large datasets into actionable insights for strategy and launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GTM initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop reports and benchmarking studies on product positioning and market performance.
  • Contribute to product lifecycle management and continuous improvement through data-driven methods.

Kick-start your marketing career with a hands‑on internship that offers real responsibility and meaningful learning. Join our Marketing and Communication team to support campaigns, develop insights, and gain practical experience that will set you up for success.

What will you do?
  • Support Product Marketing and Offer Management initiatives through detailed market, competitive, and portfolio analysis to drive data-based business decisions.
  • Analyze product portfolios, commercial offerings, pricing strategies, and customer needs to identify market gaps, optimization opportunities, and recommendations for new product development.
  • Manage and improve product-related content across digital platforms, ensuring technical accuracy, strong customer experience, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel analysis to transform large datasets into actionable insights for product strategy, launch planning, and portfolio rationalization.
  • Partner with other teams to execute product-related projects and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop reports, benchmarking studies, and strategic recommendations regarding product positioning, feature competitiveness, and market performance.
  • Contribute to product launch activities, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives through analytical and data-driven approaches.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Active student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Business Transformation & Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, graduating July 2027 or later.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for product marketing and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with databases; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze products, market trends, pricing strategies, and portfolio performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for business presentations.
  • Interest in product management, commercial strategy, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
