Schneider Electric in Mexico invites you to join as an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and learning programs. You will collaborate with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects in a global corporate environment.

The role requires current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, morning part-time availability, and a strong interest in HR, with basic Excel skills and solid communication.

Formación

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, graduating August 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work part-time during morning hours.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
  • Previous academic or practical experience in interviewing, customer service, or administrative activities is a PLUS.
  • Graduation Date: August 2027 or later

Responsabilidades

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and early career positions.
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track and follow up with candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and candidate records.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support university events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
