Schneider Electric is seeking motivated engineering students for an on-site role focused on plant operations, quality and safety initiatives, and hands-on learning in modern manufacturing. You will support improvement projects, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering with a graduation date of December 2027 or later, fluent in English, and ready to grow in Lean, automation, and digital

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, graduating December 2027 or later.
• Communicate in English, spoken and written.
• Able to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and industrial engineering concepts.
• Strong initiative, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades
