ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner for its Ciudad de Mexico office. You will attract top talent by applying best practices in recruiting strategy, coordinating complex projects for Latin America, and collaborating with ADP leaders to deliver winning results.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, drive employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning staffing with business needs and regional growth.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• 5 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment experience in HR.
• Experience recruiting for multiple Latin American countries.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs and handling large vacancy volumes.
• Interest in employer branding and partnering with leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Drive implementation of best practices in behavioral-based interviewing and recruiting strategy.
• Manage large/complex req volumes using Full Cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and hiring.
• Proactively identify talent and leverage social platforms to build talent pools.
• Advise stakeholders and drive staffing strategy in client consultation.
• Deliver a five-star candidate experience and promote ADP's employer brand.
• Launch hiring initiatives and partner with leaders across functions to support growth.

ADP is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Ciudad de Mexico office. In this position, you'll attract top talent to ADP by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy. You'll create, roll out, and execute complex recruiting projects to deliver meaningful results for Latin America region.

What You’ll Do to Drive the Process

• Drive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral based interviewing and recruiting strategy
• Put your agility and time management skills to work while managing large and/or complex req. volumes and using the Full Cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing hiring process

• Proactively uncover and implement creative ways to identify and recruit top talent
• Use social media platforms to connect with talent pools

Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders

• Identify client needs, provide expertise, and drive staffing strategy in client consultation
• Innovate processes and strategies that provide the most effective staffing experience for stakeholders

Obsess Over the Candidate Experience

• Provide a five-star candidate experience that is positive, simplified, and memorable
• Sell ADP's Employer Brand and culture to potential candidates

Deliver Meaningful Results

• Launch and deliver on key hiring initiatives that make an impact and drive the success of the overall ADP organization
• Make a difference and partner with talent leaders in functional areas by supporting the people, development, and growth of various internal organizations

What You Need To Do The Job (Education/Experience/Critical Skills)

• Bilingual, English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus!
• 5 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant experience in HR.
• Experience recruiting for multiple Latin American countries
• A top-notch track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or complex vacancy volumes, and executing projects with excellence.
• Interest in working on employer branding.
• Experience partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge of local employment law (Mexico).
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
