A leading mobility technology platform in Ciudad de México is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst. In this role, you'll support the recruiting team throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to enhancing the candidate experience. With at least 5 years of experience in recruiting and strong communication skills, you'll contribute to various HR projects and collaborate with teams to improve efficiency. Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related areas (internships count).
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) is a plus.
• Advanced English skills needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process.
• Source and screen candidates for various roles.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Help prepare reports and track progress with data.

As a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support our recruiting team in finding and attracting great talent to build strong teams across the organization. You’ll help with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
