Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Technical Enablement team ensures that Product Support and Risk Operations have the knowledge needed to master Stripe products and deliver gold-standard support globally.

As a Training Program Manager, you will own the strategic direction and execution of training initiatives, designing curricula and assessing impact to scale learning across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience driving training or enablement programs.
• Experience designing and developing training materials including online modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products.
• Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve performance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design learning curricula to deliver the vision and strategy for the Stripe Operations training program.
• Convert business requirements into training curricula and content tailored to team needs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design for online, classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
• Design assessment methodologies aligned with accreditation frameworks and practices.
• Partner with business leaders across Operations to develop relevant training programs.
• Analyze metric data to identify high-priority topics and measure training impact post-launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on high-priority projects and adapt to emerging needs.
• Harmonize training efforts across Stripe Delivery Centers.
