Stripe is seeking a Training Program Manager within the Technical Enablement team to develop training initiatives that enhance the capabilities of our Operations teams, specifically Product Support and Risk Operations.

You will own the strategic direction and execution of training programs, partnering with business leaders to design curricula, assess learning outcomes, and harmonize training across Stripe Delivery Centers.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience driving training or enablement programs with instructional design exposure.
• Experience designing and developing training materials for online/e-learning, instructor-led, and multimedia formats.
• Experience using data collection and analysis to evaluate outcomes and improve performance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive creative solutions toward shared goals.

Responsabilidades

• Design curricula to deliver the vision and strategy for the Stripe Operations training program.
• Convert business requirements into training content tailored to the needs of our teams.
• Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design for online, classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
• Design assessment methodologies aligned with leading accreditation frameworks and practices.
• Partner with Operations leaders to develop relevant training programs per strategy.
• Analyze metrics to identify high-priority topics and measure training impact post-launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on high-priority projects and adapt to emerging needs.
• Harmonize training efforts across Stripe Delivery Centers.
