Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an Employment Representative 2 to lead full lifecycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, from sourcing to offers. The role requires strong communication, organization and the ability to manage complex scheduling, visa processes, and travel coordination.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred and English proficiency is required. You will run recruiting campaigns, partner with external agencies, coordinate pre-employment activities, and drive talent

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience in contract manufacturing recruiting preferred.
• BS/BA preferred in Industrial Engineering, HR, Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks.
• Coordinate pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, security clearances and employment processing, including visas.
• Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs.
• Maintain college recruiting, and career development programs.
• Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects, including agency performance.
• Act as a liaison with external resources: temporary agencies, contract and retained search agencies.
• Will also function as a technical specialist: sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized, difficult-to-attract positions.
• Lead talent acquisition process improvement projects
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
