Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico to lead end-to-end hiring, advise stakeholders, and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will manage the candidate experience, implement competency-based assessments, and ensure alignment with the business priorities and SBM standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and relevant recruiting experience are required; you will partner across functions to deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration required.
• Experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with stakeholders and align priorities for recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process, including offers and ATS data maintenance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and grow talent pipelines for recurrent and unique roles.
