Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish a partnership with stakeholders, ensuring actions that deliver what is necessary while adhering to policies.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job offers and ATS data maintenance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout sourcing and applicant management.
• Take a role-centric approach, analyze internal and external candidates via competency-based assessments.
• Build and grow talent pipelines for recurrent and unique roles through multiple channels.
• Generate interest for roles through effective recruitment sources.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders for alignment and commitment.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.
