Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst in Mexico City to lead end-to-end recruitment for professional roles, aligned with local requirements. You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR, and Total Rewards to develop competitive offers and improve time-to-hire.

The role requires 2–3 years of global recruitment experience, advanced English, and a strong ability to influence internal clients. You will manage candidate lifecycle data and maintain an inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, psychology, HR, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally global.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience influencing stakeholders on staffing decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Collaborative, energetic, and fast-paced with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for PepsiCo professional roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to translate business needs into recruitment strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct structured behavioral interviews and provide objective assessments.
• Manage offers and onboarding handoffs with stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve recruiting metrics and candidate experience.
