• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English to support local and global stakeholders.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Talent, University Recruiting or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes and programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Early Talent contact for assigned functions and lifecycle.
• Translate workforce needs into actionable early talent plans and priorities.
• Manage requisitions, interviews, offers, and stakeholder updates.
• Lead internship and early career programs and ensure milestones are met.
• Track metrics to identify trends and improve program effectiveness.
