PepsiCo Mexico bolsters its talent acquisition with a Professional Recruiter focused on professional hiring. You will attract, assess and hire top talent, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to deliver strategic plans and a great candidate experience.

This role requires data-driven decision making, strong sourcing, employer branding, and process excellence to support recruitment goals across corporate functions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Advisory & Business Partnership: partner with managers and stakeholders to define hiring plans.
• Talent Sourcing & Attraction: build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks and job boards.
• End-to-End Recruitment: own requisition to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Strategic Hiring & Talent Intelligence: recruit across corporate functions with market insights.
• Data, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: monitor metrics and ensure policy compliance.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: provide market insights and interview guidance throughout.
