PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Mexico City seeks a Labor Project Sr Analyst to drive strategic labor initiatives with structure and governance. You will partner with HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Transformation teams to monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure scope adherence.

You will deliver executive-style reports, metrics and presentations, using advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and leverage MS Project to track milestones and risks. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related fields.
• 2+ years in Labor Relations, HR, labor compliance, or project coordination.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to prepare executive reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic labor initiatives with structure, governance and visibility of key projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Transformation teams to monitor progress.
• Provide metrics, scorecards, and monthly updates; support stage gate processes.
