EDAG in Mexico is seeking a Sales Operations professional to manage schedules, CRM data, and cross‑department coordination. You will drive pipeline activity, prepare quotes and contracts, and support order processing while liaising with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in sales processes, ERP/CRM familiarity (Salesforce, SAP), office software proficiency, and strong data‑driven problem solving along with fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related.
• + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Proficiency in OFFICE software.
• Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints diplomatically.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation.
• Handling CRM system and database.
• Coordinating between departments (sales, technical, quality, finance).
• Pipeline generations (leads, contacts, opportunities).
• Preparing quotes, proposals and contracts.
• Assisting in order processing and tracking.
• Liaising with internal and external customers.
• Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting technical sales representatives and administrative areas.
