Job summary

EDAG Group in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Sales Operations professional to streamline schedules, quotes and contracts. You will coordinate between sales, technical, quality and finance, manage CRM/SAP workflows, and generate pipeline insights. Fluent English required; 5+ years in sales processes preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
• + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
• Proficiency in OFFICE software
