Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Channel Sales Specialist in Mexico City to support the channel sales team by maintaining CRM accuracy, assisting with forecasting, and providing backup to Channel Sales Specialists and the Commercial team.

You will manage CRM data, generate reports, and help track opportunities within the assigned territory. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to work cross-functionally and grow in sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with CRM and sales forecasting is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records and opportunity comments (Dynamics)
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline management for data accuracy
• Issue quotes and track sales activities in the territory
• Provide backup support for Channel Sales Specialists and Commercial team
• Ensure CRM data accuracy with regular updates and audits
• Enter and verify sales data for forecasting and track opportunity progress
• Generate and distribute CRM-based reports for forecasting reviews and performance
