Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Admin, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in Customer Administration, Order Management or Sales.
• Automotive industry experience preferred (OEM, Tier-I).
• SAP and o9 proficiency; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management; coordinate cross‑functional meetings.
• Gather data to create new orders in SAP from requestors.
• Partner with Credit & Collection to keep AR past due <1%.
• First point of contact for SO/SA/DR and invoice issues; collaborate with teams.
