Job summary

EDAG is seeking a Sales Operations specialist in Puebla, Mexico. The role focuses on managing schedules, coordinating between sales, technical, quality, and finance teams, and supporting the sales pipeline from leads to contracts.

You will handle CRM systems, generate quotes, and assist in order processing while liaising with internal and external customers. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential, including fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• +5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Proficiency in OFFICE software.
• Fluent English.
