Monks is seeking a results-driven Project Manager in Mexico City to oversee multiple client projects with Designers, Strategists and Producers. You will balance quality, speed, and client relationships, keeping initiatives on time and within scope.

You will build and manage project artifacts, coordinate intake and resourcing, remove blockers, and advocate efficient processes. The role requires 3–5 years agency PM experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful

Formación

• 3-5 years of PM experience in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of PM fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile approaches in fast-paced projects.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Asana; knowledge of Frame.io and Harvest Forecast is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Closely manage assigned projects on a day-to-day basis to drive deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate project resourcing, facilitate activities and manage stakeholders.
• Ensure the team is enabled and impediments are removed to maintain momentum.
• Develop PM artifacts: schedules, cost estimates, SOWs, dashboards, status reports.
• Improve PM processes and onboard new tools for the Creative Services team.
• Identify areas of improvement based on business needs and goals.
