• +5 years in a creative role with a strong portfolio exhibiting campaigns
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role
• Strong experience in social media, calendar management, and asset production
• Ability to generate fresh ideas with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of AI-driven content production for social media
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with digital marketing, UX principles, and current trends
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic agency setting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop innovative concepts for campaigns across digital platforms
• Oversee project execution from ideation to delivery, keeping timelines and budgets in check
• Drive social media strategies and manage the creative calendar and asset production
• Interact with clients to present concepts and incorporate feedback
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and teams
