Monks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate digital and social initiatives for consumer brands. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, and priorities while building strong client relationships and ensuring projects meet business objectives.

You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and optimize workflows using AI methodologies. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality projects across multiple markets and clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a digital agency.
• Experience managing consumer-brand projects for global brands.
• Strong knowledge of the digital and social media landscape.
• Proficient in SOW creation, planning, and resource management.
• Experience with Monday.com and project dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; advanced English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of clients, their objectives, and translate them into clear project plans.
• Manage projects with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strengthen relationships with consumer brands through proactive communication and coordination.
• Serve as main point of contact between clients and internal teams for project lifecycle visibility.
• Proactively manage timelines, resources, and workloads to meet deadlines.
• Schedule and track assignments using project management tools and dashboards.
• Monitor project progress via data and social media dashboards; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare risk reports and share updates with stakeholders on status and actions.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss project performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of proposals and campaigns.
• Brief team members on objectives and expectations; flag blockers early.
• Leverage AI methodologies to optimize workflows and processes.
• Evaluate completed projects to identify process improvements.
