Monks is seeking an experienced project manager to translate client objectives into data-driven strategies and to drive multi-market campaigns. You will coordinate between client leads and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-end production work, while balancing resources and timelines across projects.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with global brands, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Excellent project manager with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in digital advertising or production under high pressure.
• Ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Experience working with global brands and cross-market teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client context and translate objectives into data-driven strategy.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies for clients.
• Coordinate between client leads and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Balance resources and workload; plan and coordinate for timely delivery.
• Provide strategy guidance and cross-channel recommendations during campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-market teams to deliver proposals and campaigns.
• Brief team members on delivery objectives and track progress for stakeholders.
• Prioritize assignments and ensure availability of Monks resources for production work.
• Evaluate projects to improve processes and workflows.
