Within, LLC is seeking a Creative Project Manager to streamline project management, own workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables. The role focuses on internal process mastery, cross-department collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience, be familiar with Asana and Google Suite, and hold a Bachelor's degree. The position offers fully remote or hybrid work options, with salary and benefits based on ability.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Familiar with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project lifecycle using Asana, docs, trackers.
• Coordinate cross-department communication (Account, Creative, Strategy, etc.).
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
• Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to address them.
• Oversee designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Support Sr. PM on large clients.
