Monks, a global digital‑first agency, is seeking a Staffing & Production Planner in Mexico City. You’ll lead day-to-day staffing, casting for the right talent across projects, and work with Production and Ops to translate briefs into requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a digital agency in resource management, project management, production, or creative operations.
• Strong understanding of the digital production lifecycle and its disciplines, such as Motion, UX/UI, Strategy, QA, Copywriting, Development, and AI.
• Ability to read a brief or SOW and estimate the talent and effort it requires.
• Experience with resource management tools (Smartsheet, Mavenlink, 10,000ft, or similar).
• Comfort with utilization data and forecasting to support staffing decisions.
• Knowledge of the LATAM digital talent market; a trusted freelance network is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
