ABB in Mexico invites you to join as Order Management Lead. You will deliver high-quality customer service by managing orders from entry to delivery, coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance, and supporting inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

This hybrid role focuses on SAP-based order processing, data analysis with Power BI, and continuous improvement of the order management process while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service/order management/coordination.
• Experience with SAP in order processing and customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide support for order inquiries, claims, payment issues, and requests.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply chain, finance and internal stakeholders to resolve cases.
• Process order modifications, expediting requests, delivery updates, and documentation needs.
• Maintain records in SAP and other business systems.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally and maintain customer relationships.
• Support continuous improvement in the order management process.
