Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide support for order-related inquiries, claims, payments, and requests.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply chain, finance and internal teams to resolve cases.
• Process order modifications, expediting requests, delivery updates, and inquiries.
• Maintain records in SAP and other business systems.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Analyze operational data, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management.
