Continental is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, coordinate with production and logistics, and resolve customer inquiries. You will use SAP and Salesforce, communicate in English and Spanish, and support billing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service through accurate data handling, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience using business communication platforms such as 8x8 or similar.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer purchase orders into SAP accurately and timely.
• Monitor sales orders and ensure on-time delivery coordination with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Shipping.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Create, update, and close customer cases in Salesforce CRM.
• Handle calls through the 8x8 phone system and maintain records in company systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting on invoicing and payment questions.
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
