CJ Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for key customers within Contract Logistics. Based in Querétaro, you will nurture long-term relationships, ensure service quality, and drive operational performance while identifying growth opportunities across existing accounts.

You will collaborate with warehousing, transportation, and support teams, analyze metrics, and lead business reviews. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer service within warehousing and logistics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customers to ensure operational excellence and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients.
• Handle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive retention and organic growth (upselling/cross-selling).
• Support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to align client expectations with operations.
