Johnson Matthey Plc in Querétaro is hiring a CAS Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for customers, manage orders in SAP, and coordinate shipments globally.

The role requires collaboration across Sales, S&OP, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Commercial teams, with a focus on on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. This position is office-based in Queretaro and offers retirement savings, share plans, and health benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, inventory control, and international shipping procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Customer Champion: serve as the primary contact for inquiries, order status, shipment coordination and delivery issues.
• Process and manage sales orders accurately within SAP for timely execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, S&OP, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Commercial teams.
• Review demand variances and reflect signals in ERP/MRP system.
• Track on-time delivery performance, analyze delays, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments including toll manufacturing operations.
• Ensure proper documentation, accurate tariff codes and licenses for international shipments.
• Follow environmental, health and safety regulations and company policies.
