Charger Logistics Inc. in Querétaro seeks an experienced account manager to build strong relationships with customers, manage day-to-day needs, and coordinate with the Implementation team on pricing and opportunities.

The role focuses on profitability through rate reviews, pricing accuracy, and proactive client support. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics account management, a business degree, and advanced English.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Recent college or university degree in Business-related field.
• Proven track record with pricing, proposals and closing deals.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to negotiate and manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with customers by staying in contact to meet day-to-day and long-term needs.
• Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work with Implementation team on pricing opportunities and ensure accuracy in pricing programs.
• Participate in rate matrix reviews to ensure profitability and competitiveness for key accounts.
• Assist in rate calculations, report preparation and customer presentations for large bids.
• Ensure commitments are met by coordinating with internal teams and executing tasks.
