Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding and seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Querétaro team.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage pricing and bids, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior transportation solutions. You will engage with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and ensure delivery commitments are met while contributing to rate planning and market competitiveness.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Degree in business or related field required.
• Strong English skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with customers through constant communication to meet day-to-day and long-term needs.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team on pricing accuracy for opportunities.
• Contribute to rate matrix reviews to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Prepare and present rate calculations, reports, and proposals for large bids.
• Ensure commitments are met by coordinating with internal teams and operations.
