Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a driven Sales and Account Manager to support growth from our Querétaro office. You will build strong client relationships, manage day-to-day and long-term needs, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate pricing and successful implementations.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, strategic account management, and identifying new business opportunities in the North American logistics market.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales within logistics or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers and manage day-to-day and long-term needs.
• Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Pricing teams to ensure accurate quoting and profitable deals.
• Participate in rate reviews to ensure competitiveness for key accounts.
• Maintain client database and monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
• Coordinate meetings with prospects and customers in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
