Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join the Querétaro-based Customer Service team. You will build product knowledge, engage with customers professionally, and provide track-and-trace updates for shipments.

On-site hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm at Parque Industrial Querétaro. English and Spanish fluency are required. The role supports order entry and coordination with drivers and other departments to confirm pickups, processing, and customs paperwork as

Responsibilities

• Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services
• Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
• Provide track and trace updates for the shipments
• Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer-specific freight issues
• Entering, updating and processing customer orders on various interfaces
• Ensure & confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers
• Coordinating with other departments to clear customs paperwork
• Follow established procedures for processing bills
• Perform duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship, academic project, customer service, or logistics experience is considered an asset
• Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escape tactfully
• Strong time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
